Welcome to RH Lanz.
This website is simple and straightforward, you won’t find hundreds of images or hundreds of properties here.

The concept underpinning this service is that searching for a property can be fraught and confusing at times, rather than offering hundred of options we try very hard to listen to what you the client needs and then go and find it. The traditional approach is to list as many properties as possible and to sell from that list. Rather than approach it in this way we have reversed the process and start with the client not the property.

RH Lanz is affiliated to several well established estate agencies, Banks, Currency Exchange Services plus the all important Legal and Paperwork Services.

We do not specialize in any of these areas, our expertise is in taking care of our clients, and by working with a spectrum of related professionals we can maintain impartiality whilst working towards the right goal for the client.

There are no additional fees attached to using our service, than a traditional agency. We simply offer a highly personalized service.
